Cut To Length Lines can do uncoiling, straightening, gauging, cross-cutting to length and stacking work. It mainly includes uncoiler, straightener, gauge, shearer, conveyor, stacker, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electrical system, etc.
This line consists of coil car, dual head uncoiler, hydraulic pressing & guiding, pinch device, leveler, encoder and length gauge, hydraulic shearer, feeder, pneumatic stacker, unloading car, electric system, as well as rollaway nest, steering device, etc.
